The Proteco Wheeler Single Kit is a complete solution for automating single-leaf swing gates, especially suitable for long gates, outward-opening gates or installations where traditional automation systems are not the best option.

Equipped with 1 wheel motor, this automation system allows practical and versatile installation, regardless of pillar size.

It is suitable for driveways and paths with smooth and compact surfaces, allowing operation with level differences up to 20 cm and slopes up to 12°, provided that the gate and ground conditions are compatible.

The kit includes a control board with built-in receiver, IKON or ANGIE remote controls, RF40 photocells, Luce flashing light and vertical electric lock.

The Proteco Wheeler Single Kit is a 230V automation system developed for single-leaf swing gates, offering a practical, robust and versatile solution for installations where traditional articulated arm or linear motors may not be the most suitable option.

This system uses 1 wheel motor, which moves the gate leaf through contact with the ground. This technology makes it possible to automate long gates, outward-opening gates or installations where pillar dimensions make other types of automation difficult to install.

The Proteco Wheeler Single Kit is suitable for gates up to 150 kg per leaf and is designed for smooth, compact and well-maintained surfaces. It can operate with level differences up to 20 cm and slopes up to 12°, provided that the ground and gate are compatible with this type of operation.

Each motor has 230V ~ 50Hz power supply, 280 W power, 150°C thermal protection, IP44 protection rating, 20 m/min speed and 30% duty cycle.

The kit includes the main components required for a complete installation: 1 wheel motor, control board with built-in receiver, IKON or ANGIE remote controls, RF40 photocells, Luce flashing light and vertical electric lock.

The RF40 photocells help increase installation safety by detecting obstacles in the passage area. The Luce flashing light visually signals gate movement, contributing to safer daily operation.
