Complete Proteco replacement wheel for Wheeler swing gate automation systems.

The Proteco Wheeler Wheel is a replacement component designed for the drive system used on Proteco Wheeler swing gate operators.

Supplied as a complete wheel including rim and tyre, it allows a worn, damaged or deformed original wheel to be replaced without changing the complete gear motor.

The wheel is fitted directly to the Wheeler motor assembly and transfers the motor movement to the gate through direct contact with the ground.

It is particularly suitable for repairing existing Wheeler automation systems when the gear motor and remaining components are still in good working condition.

IMPORTANT: this product includes ONLY the complete wheel. Gear motor, shaft, supports, screws, washers, housing and other automation components are not included.

The wheel is a key component in the Proteco Wheeler operating system.

Unlike conventional linear swing gate actuators, the Wheeler uses a motor-driven wheel that transfers movement directly to the gate through contact with the ground.

During operation, motor rotation is transferred to the wheel, allowing the gate leaf to move during opening and closing.

When the wheel becomes excessively worn, damaged or loses traction, replacing it can restore correct operation without replacing the complete automation system.
