The Proteco Wheeler Kit is a 230V automation system developed for swing gates, especially suitable for installations requiring practical, robust operation without the usual limitations related to pillar dimensions.

Unlike conventional articulated arm or linear motor systems, the Proteco Wheeler uses wheel motors, allowing the gate leaves to move efficiently through contact with the ground.

This type of solution is particularly suitable for long gates, gates opening outwards or installations where pillar fixing dimensions make other automation systems difficult to install.

The Proteco Wheeler Kit is suitable for driveways and paths with smooth and compact surfaces and can operate with level differences up to 20 cm and slopes up to 12°, provided that the ground and gate conditions are compatible.

Each motor has 230V ~ 50Hz power supply, 280 W power, 150°C thermal protection, IP44 protection rating, 20 m/min speed, 30% duty cycle and capacity for leaves up to 150 kg.

The kit includes the main components required for a complete installation: 2 wheel motors, control board with built-in receiver, 2 four-channel remote controls, 1 pair of photocells, 1 flashing light and vertical electric lock.

The photocells and flashing light contribute to safer operation by helping signal gate movement and protect people, vehicles and obstacles in the passage area.
