The Proteco Aster 4 24V Single is a low-voltage (24Vdc) electromechanical automation system developed for the automation of single-leaf swing gates, particularly suitable for residential applications and private access points that require safety, smooth operation and long-term reliability. Designed as a modern and efficient solution, it ensures precise, quiet and controlled movement, making it ideal both for new installations and for replacing older automation systems.

This 24V Single version is intended exclusively for single-leaf gates, allowing the automation of gate leaves up to 2.5 metres in length and 250 kg in weight. The longer stroke of the Aster 4 24V Single makes it especially suitable for larger gates, while retaining all the advantages of 24V technology: improved force control, enhanced safety in obstacle detection and increased component durability — important features even in demanding residential installations.

Thanks to its robust construction, irreversible transmission and high-quality gearing, the Aster 4 24V Single guarantees stable and controlled movement, even on longer metal gates or installations exposed to wind. It is designed for regular operation, maintaining high levels of reliability and stability over time.

With thrust force appropriate to its class, this automation system provides smooth, quiet and vibration-free operation, and is compatible with gates made of iron, steel, aluminium, wood or PVC, particularly longer structures of medium weight. The Aster 4 24V Single Kit is supplied as a complete, ready-to-install solution, including an electronic control unit, Rolling Code remote control(s) and all essential mounting accessories. The control unit manages advanced functions such as soft start and slow-down, force control, operating logic, integration with safety devices and a pedestrian (partial opening) function, adjustable according to the user’s needs.

⚠️ Important note:

Backup batteries are not included in the kit and must be purchased separately if operation during a power failure is required. The system is compatible with 24V batteries (2 × 12V connected in series).
